Naoki Okumura (Mr.), as an attorney at law and patent attorney in our Legal Section, focuses on issues related to intellectual property law, corporate legal affairs, and international transaction law. He’s a graduate of the Faculty of Law at The University of Tokyo (LL.B.) and the Legal Training Institute in Japan. Further, he graduated from the Duke University School of Law and thereafter was admitted to the New York State Bar. Mr. Okumura has lectured and written articles on a variety of IP topics in Japan such as the right of injunctive relief, development of trade secrets, and patent infringement litigation.
