Toshio Takizawa (Mr.) is a patent attorney in the Chemical & Biotechnology Section whose main practices include patent prosecution and litigation related to molecular biology and biochemistry. After receiving his B.S. and M.S. from the University of Tokyo Faculty of Science, he continued on to pass the Japanese Patent Bar Examination. Mr. Takizawa is also a member of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association.
