Fumiaki OHTSUKA (Mr.) is a patent attorney in the Electronics and IT Section with a specialty in electrical, mechanical and aeronautical engineering. He graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at Kyushu University with a major in aeronautical engineering, and then went on to work as an aircraft manufacturing engineer for an aircraft producer which provided him further in-depth knowledge of his field of specialty. Mr. OHTSUKA is a member of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association and the Asian Patent Attorneys Association where he has served in various capacities.
