Inventive step is found.
“… (omit) …” (Different Feature 2); and “in the Present Amended Invention, a channel for the coolant liquid is formed between the first rotary drum and the bottom member, while in the Cited Invention, it is not known whether or not the channel as above is formed” (Different Feature 3′).
Different Features 2 and 3′ are both substantial differences.
