This is not an “invention” of Article 2-1 of the Patent Act since its nature is exclusively directed to human-made arrangement itself and does not use the scientific laws established for the phenomena and orders of the nature, and it is not a creation of technical ideas “utilizing the laws of nature” as a whole.
