Even if well-known techniques are applied, there is no description or suggestion in cited invention 1 that mental care should be provided for virtual reality animations, or that a plurality of different virtual reality animation files selected according to the psychological state of a potential customer and providing different mental care according to the psychological state of the potential customer should be provided, and there is no evidence to recognize that such techniques have been well-known.
