| Summary： | In Japan, the national government and local governments have become more active in open data, and there are companies that use open data for their business.
However, compared to the UK, the United States, etc., there is less money invested in projects that use open data in Japan. Therefore, in this paper, based on the idea that more money is invested in startups than previously in Japan, I propose to promote the use of open data by startups through patent attorney supported IP strategy. |
