Eriko Kitahara (Ms.) is a licensed trademark attorney qualified as a specific Infringement Lawsuit Counsel in Japan. She has been a partner in the Trademark Section of Nakamura & Partners since 2022. After graduating from Nihon University Faculty of Law, she joined a Japanese advertising agency and engaged in marketing and promotion-related works. In 2008, she was registered as a trademark attorney and joined Nakamura & Partners. She has extensive experience in a broad range of works related to trademarks. She has excellent accomplishments in domestic and international trademark matters, including trademark searches, filings, prosecutions, border enforcement, and contentious cases. She has been an active member of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association and belongs on Trademark Committee.
