Profile

Daisaku Fujikura is a patent attorney in the Trademark Section specializing in trademark prosecution and contention. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Chuo University and thereafter passed the Japanese Patent Bar Examination. He is currently a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, the Asian Patent Attorneys Association, and the Japan Trademark Association. Mr. Fujikura has written IP reference resources in both Japanese and English including the Dictionary of Intellectual Property Law and Famous Trademarks in Japan (third edition) respectively.
