- Morio NAKAMATSU resigned from his position as the ninth commissioner of the Patent Bureau, left office.
- 1914
- Morio NAKAMATSU was registered as an attorney-at-law and patent attorney and established Nakamatsu Patent & Law firm.
- 1921
- Kannosuke NAKAMATSU (the eldest son of Morio NAKAMATSU) was registered as an attorney-at-law and patent attorney.
- 1963
- Nakamatsu Patent & Law firm was reorganized as a partnership firm in which Kannosuke NAKAMATSU, attorney-at-law and patent attorney, acted as a representative partner.
- 1973
- Kentaro ITO, patent attorney, became a representative partner.
- 1975
- Minoru NAKAMURA, an attorney-at-law and patent attorney, became a representative partner, and the name of the firm was changed to Nakamura, Yamamoto, Takeda & Partners.

- The firm’s name was changed to Nakamura & Partners.
